Community Links & Human Empowerment Initiative (CLHEI) is a non-governmental organization that seeks to complement government efforts by reaching out to people in communities and grassroots level, with a vision to create a self-reliant society where individuals and groups can explore their inner resources with the aim of realizing their full potentials. CLHEI was founded in January 2006 and was registered on the 18th October, 2010 with Corporate Affairs Commission with registration number CAC/IT/NO 41255. The organizations Duns Number is 561202228. CLHEI has a working memorandum of understanding with the Federal Republic of Nigeria under the Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning. CLHEI have worked extensively in the North Central and North East of Nigeria With her presence in all North Central States and offices in FCT, Benue, Nasarawa and Adamawa states, CLHEI has worked with vulnerable persons especially the Internally Displaced Person's (IDPs), Children, widows, and the refugees.
